PFS-L Solid Waste Reduction
The County shall continue to support and promote programs focused on solid waste prevention, reduction, recycling, and composting efforts, including food waste reduction in cases where consumable food can be redistributed rather than disposed.
CTM-Q Updated Traffic Impact Fee Mitigation Program
The County shall require that discretionary development which adds traffic to roadways traversing within a County designated substandard roadway impact area contribute the fair share cost of any safety counter-measures that improve the safety of the impacted roadways by paying the applicable fees under the County’s Traffic Impact Fee Mitigation program prior to the issuance of Zoning Clearance.
CTM-R Emergency Access Maintenance
The County shall plan capital improvements needed to provide transportation infrastructure that is maintained and/or upgraded to provide appropriate emergency access.
